Orders and shipping
How long until my order ships?
Pieces leave the studio in about seven business days. The product page states the dispatch time before you buy.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. International shipping is planned — join the newsletter and we will say so when it opens. (TODO: confirm with Kritika whether this is a launch requirement.)
Is shipping free?
Within India, on orders above ₹5,000. Below that a flat charge applies at checkout.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
TODO — confirm once the payment gateway is chosen. If enabled, COD orders will need OTP verification before dispatch.
Sizing and fit
How do your sizes run?
Relaxed. The size guide lists body measurements, and our cuts add three to four inches of ease on top. If you are between sizes, take the larger.
What if I am between two sizes?
Take the larger one. Our cuts add three to four inches of ease, and handloom softens with every wash.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Seven-day exchange or store credit on unworn pieces with tags attached. See the refund policy for how refunds are handled.
My piece arrived damaged.
Write to us within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace it or refund you in full. This is separate from the exchange policy above.
The cloth
Why does the colour look different from the photograph?
Natural dyes vary between lots, and screens vary between devices. If the difference is more than a shade, tell us and we will sort it out.
Will the colour run?
Natural indigo gives up a little colour in the first few washes. Wash it separately until it stops.
